Lawrence E. Epps, Jr.

Lawrence E. Epps, Jr. is the founder and managing principal of LEE Diversified Consulting Group. Lawrence is a former IBM executive with over 30 years of global experience in the IT industry and over 15 of executive consulting experience in the areas of leadership and organizational development, human capital management and client satisfaction management. During his tenure at IBM, Lawrence provided executive coaching and consulting services to IBM's senior executive team. Lawrence led the delivery of over 25 large scale change engagements that touched virtually all of IBM's worldwide functional disciplines and contributed to the accelerated execution of several of the company's key transformational initiatives.

Lawrence is a native of New Orleans, La. and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Xavier University of La. He is certified as a Master Human Capital Strategist (MHCS) by the Human Capital Institute and is a member of the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce.

Paulette Turner

Paulette Turner is founder and president of Integrated Leadership Concepts, Inc., which specializes in equipping leaders for the challenges of change through business consulting, development and facilitation of customized workshops, and business executive coaching. A former IBM executive, Paulette led the Americas sales transformation organization to build the capabilities of global sales teams, sales managers, and sales executives through the deployment of innovative sales learning and leadership training initiatives.

Paulette is certified in the Sherpa Executive Coaching methodology, in the Center for Creative Leadership assessment tools, and by the Leader to Leader Institute as a facilitator of Peter Drucker's Five Most Important Questions. She brings over 30 years of leadership experience and expertise to for-profit and nonprofit businesses throughout the United States. 

Serving her community through several non-profit boards, Paulette is also a mentor/champion to benefit young professionals. She earned an undergraduate degree in Biology from Rockford College in Rockford, Illinois and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Teri Riddle

Teri Riddle is Managing Director and co-founder of The Crossland Group, Ltd., with primary responsibility for global business development, account and strategic partnership management and innovation. With a strong focus on the critical linkages between strategy and execution, she designs customized solutions that help clients achieve sustainable business results fast. Ms. Riddle applies her vast international public and private sector business experience—working in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas—to support clients from a diverse and cross-cultural market base. Teri has worked extensively in the areas of organizational design and change management, strategy, innovation, and leadership development. She is committed to helping organizations build their capability through the design and delivery of formalized training sessions for internal consulting groups.

Teri received her MBA from Boston University and holds advanced degrees in Business Management and Human Services from the University of New Hampshire.

Alana Ward Robinson

Since 2004, Alana Ward Robinson has operated as a co-founder and Managing Principal of Robinson Group Consulting, Inc. Alana is a creative business leader with over thirty years of experience in driving increased value through technology innovation. She has led business process re-engineering initiatives up to $100M, served as CIO of companies with revenues up to $5B, and held seats on numerous civic and non-profit boards. She currently applies that expertise as an entrepreneur with a company formed to deliver strategic global information technology consulting services.

Alana has extensive expertise partnering with executive teams and outside strategic alliances to create, build, communicate and execute broad-based change agendas. Her leadership has helped corporations to use technology to manage complex supply chain environments across multiple lines of businesses.

Alana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Grambling State University, Louisiana and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University, where she was elected President of her class.

O’Neal Robinson

O’Neal Robinson is a co-founder and Managing Principal of Robinson Group Consulting, Inc. O’Neal is an operationally-focused financial executive with over thirty years of experience providing guidance to organizations to identify and increase shareholder value. His business experience includes key leadership roles with IBM, MCI and EDS, as well as Assistant CIO at Wake Forest University, Vice President of Administration at Bowie State University and most recently, Interim CFO at Kentucky State University.

O’Neal had a proven record of success in managing finance, accounting, sourcing, business development/sales support and financial systems functions and business processes. He focuses on enabling organizational growth by developing the strategic financial vision, developing business cases for investments, negotiating terms and conditions and then leading the implementation of the tactical initiatives that deliver operational excellence. He has spearheaded the management of many critical business and technological changes across multiple environments.

O'Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Accounting from Grambling State University, Louisiana.

Henry Draughon

Henry is the founder and president of Process Delivery Systems (PDS). PDS enables significant improvement in process execution by eliminating confusion and reducing the complexity associated with procedural documentation. His company excels in delivering complex procedural content that is both visually and operationally easier to consume:

His company has developed a web platform designed to deliver policies, process workflows, and associated content in a manner that enables workers and stakeholders to get on the same page quickly and maximize productivity. They have also developed an e-document model using standard office administration software that dramatically reduces time wasted scrolling through business documentation.

Henry Draughon is a former U.S. Naval Flight Officer and Naval Air Traffic Control Officer. He has extensive experience in information technology, project management, cyber security, and writing. This background enables him to see both the procedural forest and the trees and then, convey the most important information in a manner that is very easy to consume.
